Queensland Anzac Centenary Grant – Spirit of Service – Round 5 

Online applications will open on 16th October 2017 for projects under $20,000 commemorating the Australian centenary of the First World War, and the outstanding service and sacrifice of Queensland’s men and women. The program prioritises projects that are focused on the First World War, however funding may be available for projects or activities that commemorate other wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations.  Eligible local councils, universities, parents and citizens or parents and friends associations, incorporated associations or bodies (e.g. RSL, church or club) corporations operating on a not-for-profit basis are encouraged to submit applications by the closing date of Sunday 4th March 2018 at 9pm. More information.

Queensland Anzac Centenary Grants – Lasting Legacies Round 6 

For amounts from $20,001 to $80,000.  Grants acknowledging the First World War or significant Queensland military milestones in the past 100 years are available for, but not limited to historical research and educational projects, preservation and conservation, interpretation and/or display of First World War history, stories, memorabilia and artefacts, the acquisition of First World War memorabilia, the restoration or enhancement of existing memorials and honour boards and public commemorative events. More information.
