Classes are at Senior Citz Hall. Cost for weekday classes $10 and Saturday Metafit $15. We’ve got all that you need to get fit all we need is YOU.

Heart Foundation Walking Groups

Heart Foundation Walking is also looking to start up new walking groups within the Maranoa. Walks can be at any time, date, or location that suits you and your walking partners. Walks are designed to suit walkers of all abilities, and can even include dog walking groups. If you already have a walking group you can still sign up to Heart Foundation Walking for motivation by tracking your progress online, and winning prizes for reaching walking milestones.

PCYC Roma – Regular Activities

PCYC – Located at The Roma- Bungil  Recreational Centre – Cnr George  and Quinton Streets

PCYC works in partnership with the Queensland Police Service, all levels of Government, Businesses, Young People and the Community to provide appropriate, affordable and accessible programs and activities for young people, families and adults.

PCYC offers a wide range of programs and activities to their communities. PCYC Roma currently has a range of activities and programs happening for the community to participate in; Netball, Boxing, Fitness Classes, Gym, Basketball, Volleyball.

Programs and activities that will be offered will include but will not be limited too;
* health & fitness
* youth programs
* sport & recreational activities

PCYC also has school holiday activities

Monday – Friday 5am – 9pm
Saturday & Sunday 7am – 3pm
Closed Public Holidays.
