Communities Innovation Fund – 2026 round grants now open!
Social isolation and loneliness can have serious impacts on individual mental and physical health and community wellbeing, jeopardising not only individual wellbeing but broader social cohesion.
The purpose of the Communities Innovation Fund is to leverage the significant local expertise, networks and social infrastructure from across the state to better support Queenslanders to participate in their communities.
Eligible organisations can now apply for:
• Small grants of up to $50,000
• Larger grants of up to $200,000
This funding round makes available $1 million to support projects that respond to social isolation and loneliness amongst:
• Young people aged 12-25
• Victim-survivors of domestic, family and sexual violence of all ages
Your initiative could play an important role in improving individual mental health and wellbeing and supporting stronger and more connected Queensland communities.
