260313: Maranoa Regional Council – Annual Kerbside Collection – 2 March to 13th March

Mark your calendars because Council’s Annual Kerbside Collection Campaign is back in 2026, starting Monday, 2 March and finishing on Friday 13 March!

The yearly initiative not only provides residents with a valuable opportunity to dispose of large household items, green waste and metal waste free of charge, but it also contributes to keeping residents homes and our community cleaner and greener.

This service will only be available to residential properties within the designated town areas.

In preparation for the collection, please keep these tips in mind:

• Separate items into 3 piles: bulky items, green waste and metal waste.

• Place items on the footpath by 7pm the day before your collection date (starting Monday, 2 March 2026).

• Items must be liftable by two people and no larger than 3m³.

• Glass items should be placed separately for safe collection.

• Do NOT place items out before Friday, 27 February.
