Access My Healthcare and My Community Directory and My Community Diary

Poster Access My Healthcare_PHN_CheckUp (4)-1From 30 June, the online platform Access My Healthcare
will include every available health service in South West
Queensland, by location and date range.
This means that anyone can go online and find an accurate,
up-to-date list of services in or nearby their community.
Everything from allied health to dental health to mental
health to specialist services.
Access My Healthcare forms part of Community Information
Support Services, which provides the My Community Directory
and  My Community Diary, and Access My Healthcare platforms.
My Community Directory lists health and community organisations that provide services that are free or subsidised in thousands of local government areas across Australia.
My Community Diary integrates with My Community Directory, linking information and providing a place where organisations can advertise and promote local events and activities within their local
government area.
As well as the websites listed above, all of this information is available through
the Access My Community App, which allows users to find local community
services and events based on their current location.
You can either download the app from the App Store or text
‘accessmyhealthcare’ to 0488 884 151 to receive a download link.
