The Country CallBack line is in hiatus at the moment.  The following message will greet callers:

Hello, this is the Country CallBack Line.  Please clearly state your name and phone number and we will call you back at a later date.  Please note that these messages are only checked intermittently.  If there is an emergency, call triple zero or if you are in crisis, reach out to Lifeline on 13 11 14 – Take Care” 

 However, at times of Community Recovery Disaster activation,  the line will again be manned.
