Service: St Vincent de Paul – Specialist Homelessness Service

Crisis Accommodation – Cornerstone Program

To assist clients who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to access housing.
The Cornerstone program can provide information and support to access appropriate services. Cornerstone provides a service which cares for people through self-development and empowerment and assists the in the development of a new found independence.
All clients who are housed in crisis accommodation are case managed. The service is offered to men, women and families.

HOUSING SERVICES

Service: St Vincent de Paul – Community Housing

Community Housing
To provide affordable, safe long term community housing for families and individuals.
To be eligible for long term housing in these properties, applicants must meet the One Social Housing Criteria as determined by the Department of Housing and Public Works and have a current One Social Housing application.
St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland – Housing Program is a not-for-profit community housing provider in Queensland. The Society’s Housing Program seeks to provide assistance to people who are homeless, or those who are at risk of becoming homeless, by providing a variety of housing solutions.
