Foundations Care is a  Foster and Kinship Care Agency, supporting foster and kinship carers and assisting them to care for the children in their care. We provide a monthly home visit and frequent other contact as needed throughout the rest of the month. We also have a 24 hour support line available to carer’s and we offer regular training and peer mentoring to those who may be facing some challenges and need a listening ear from someone who has travelled the same journey.
