Studio M Pilates – Mums & Bubs Mat Pilates

Designed specifically for postpartum mums, this welcoming class focuses on rebuilding strength, improving mobility and confidence in movement after birth, while providing a relaxed space to connect with other local mums. Babies (pre-crawling or happy to stay close by) are encouraged to attend alongside you. You and your bub will each have your own mat set up for the class.
