Low Intensity Mental Health
The NewAccess program is a free Low Intensity CBT intervention by Beyond Blue and requires no Mental Health Care Plan or GP referral. The program lasts for 6 sessions, has no wait lists and is useful for a wide range of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, or adjustment. Sessions are via face-to-face, phone or video.
