Nourish & Move – Free Exercise & Nutrition Program for Adults 65+

🌟 Looking to boost your confidence, stay active, and learn easy nutrition tips for everyday life? Join us for Nourish & Move, a free program designed for adults aged 65+ in a fun, social, and supportive environment!

What’s included?
✅ Easy nutrition tips for everyday life
✅ Gentle exercises tailored for all abilities
✅ Education on maintaining strength, balance, and energy

This program is proudly led by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and an Accredited Practising Dietitian, ensuring expert guidance and support throughout the sessions.

📅 When: Every Tuesday for 6 weeks, 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm
📆 Dates: 03 February – 10 March 2026
📍 Where: Roma Library Community Lounge

This program is perfect for anyone aged 65+ who wants to improve their confidence and knowledge about movement and nutrition in a safe and enjoyable setting.
