Queensland Community Care Network

QCCN Fulllogo

Queensland Community Care Network Inc. is a Queensland based not for profit organisation, we run a number of programs all focused on combating social isolation with the aged community. Our main program is the Community Visitors Scheme, where we manage a volunteer program of people visiting elderly people who live in residential care.
We are always looking for volunteers to become part of our network. If you are interested in joining us and in making a difference in the life of someone living in residential care, we want to hear from you.

Please contact David Cooper – Rural Support Officer – david@qccn.org.au
