CSBS – Remote – Rural – Respite

Remote - Rural - Respite Information Sheet for western Queensland-1CSBS Remote Rural Respite - Information sheet for western Queensland-1

In partnership with Sue Connolly, our travelling support worker, CSBS is offering a new service for anyone living in remote areas, on property or not – to people with a family member with disability who needs extra support, or a family that needs a break from caring, or that needs extra support during a busy period on the property.

The supports are for people with a NDIS plan, or who can self-fund.

Access to, and support to develop a NDIS plan

Do you or a person you care for, or someone you know, have a disability and you don’t know how to gain access to the NDIS? Maybe you have a NDIS plan and don’t know what to do with it, or you find the system too complex and too hard to find supports.

If you find yourself in any of these situations, or you are simply wondering about the NDIS and how a NDIS plan may improve your life, please don’t hesitate to contact us through our website, this email. or via phone.

This is free advice and support that we are offering to people in Western Queensland, to obtain supports through the NDIS.
