The Cadet ‘Unit’ is managed under the leadership and guidance of volunteer adult Leaders with mentoring and activities from Emergency Services personnel. This is a free program. The only thing they need is a pair of steel cap boots, so just come along and try it and have while learning new drills and skills.

PCYC Emergency Services Cadets is delivered in partnership with the Queensland Police Service.
The program is offered to youths aged 12 to 17 with the aim of providing young people practical life skills and leadership opportunities. Cadets are encouraged to explore a career in the Emergency Services, either as a volunteer or in a paid role.
