Home Care Packages

Far South West Blue Care – Maranoa/Cunnamulla/Charleville Manage Home Care Packages which are delivered to clients who have a current Aged Care Assessment (ACAT) Approval and they require assistance & care to remain in their communities.

Home Care Packages are delivered to clients offering more choice and options about their care, working in collaboration with the Home Care Package Partner. Blue Care aims to enhance independence and wellness and to assist clients to continue to do what is important to them to achieve this. The Home Care Package is charged a fee by the Service Provider.
